These Terms apply to the Website only — use of ErlySign's API, SDK, and certificate authority services is governed by a separate service agreement entered into during the pilot or subscription onboarding process.

2. About ErlySign

ErlySign is an IoT device identity and digital signature platform operated by Shubhendra Singh Thakur ("ErlySign") with its principal place of business at EON Free Zone, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014, India.

3. Use of the Website

You may use our Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including the India Information Technology Act 2000 and the DPDP Act 2023

The ErlySign embedded C SDK is made available under the MIT License as stated in its repository. Use of the SDK is governed by the license terms in that repository, not these Website Terms.
